Choc Fudge Bread & Butter Pud. Recipes

A rich, comforting and indulgent dessert made with Fudge Kitchen chocolate fudge.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 6 slices of bread, crusts cut off
  • 1½ tbsp sugar
  • 2 slices Fudge Kitchen Chocolate Classic fudge, diced
  • Softened butter
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 150 ml single cream

Instructions:

  1. Butter the bread and layer in a buttered pie dish, butter side up.
  2. Whisk together the eggs with a tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon, add milk and cream.
  3. Pour over the bread and soak for an hour.
  4. Add fudge and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
  5. Place in preheated oven at 140C/gas 1 and bake for 1½ hours.
