- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 1/2-inch slice fresh ginger
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup or 3 leaves kale (stems included)
Instructions:
- Put all the ingredients through a juicer. Alternate between harder foods, like beets and carrots, and kale to help move everything through smoothly.
