A healthy coconut frozen treat without added sugar.
Ingredients:
- 15 ounces (443 ml) coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, honey and shredded coconut (if using).
- Pour into the popsicle molds. It will fill four, 4 ounce (118 ml) molds.
