  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Lemon wedges (optional)
  • Parsley sprigs (optional)
